New Model Dv6 Hp NotebookMay 17
The new model DV6 HP notebook computer has been received as positive by users, as there are a lot of benefits of the system. For instance, the keyboard is excellent and it feels great at typing and the video playback quality is quite good. The notebook looks classy and offers a decent set of features for the price advertised. It will surely not disappoint as long as you know what you are getting from the start.
The model features a 15.6” LCD display, with a resolution of 1366×768, common for the everyday notebook computer and almost a full size keyboard. The looks of the portable system makes it feel thinner than it already is, as the back is curved gently and the bulk is somewhere hid in the rear. The curves of the shell actually disguise the look, but you will surely find this useful. The processor powering everything is Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge dual-core, the amount of memory installed is 6GB DDR3 and the battery life lasts for almost 5 hours, which is quite impressive.
Among other features worth mentioning we can include the 640GB hard drive Seagate model, offering hefty capacity for storage. The DVD drive is quiet, but you will have to deal with the tiny eject button. As already mentioned, the keyboard is quite good, offering solid tactile feedback and there is enough spacing between keys. The touch pad works well also and it supports multi-touch gestures. Even though the new model DV6 HP notebook has discrete graphics card, it isn’t suitable for intense gaming. If you want to run latest games on this notebook, you will have to sacrifice detail levels and even the resolution to get decent frame rates.
When it comes to available ports, HP didn’t miss any. For instance, it has four USB ports, two 3.0 ports on the left side and two USB 2.0 connectors on the right. VGA and HDMI is present, Ethernet and CD car slot in the front of the notebook. The system is limited when it comes to networking, as it lacks 3G/4G support and Bluetooth, offering Gigabit Ethernet and wireless capabilities. The audio quality depends on how you put it. Beats Audio is included and this surely improves the sound experience of DVD movies, but music playback is not very accurate. When you raise the volume, the speakers sound distortional. A pair of headphones is recommended for the best experience.
